Athiri started from a simple frustration: most Maldives trips get sold exactly the same way, regardless of who’s buying. A honeymoon and a dive trip end up on the same brochure page, with the same three photos of overwater villas.
We work with a small network of guesthouses, resorts, and boat operators across the atolls — not just the ones with the biggest marketing budgets. If a quiet local island suits you better than a five-star resort, we’ll say so.
Athiri means “beach” in Dhivehi. We’re based in Male’, and every trip we plan is built with people actually living and working across the atolls we send you to.
